Processing Times
In-stock orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

Presale & Made-to-Order Items

Some Sow & Cover products are offered during presale or are made to order. These items will have an estimated shipping window clearly listed on the product page before purchase.

If your order contains both an in-stock item and a presale or made-to-order item, your order may ship together once all items are ready unless otherwise stated.

Shipping Rates

Available shipping options and rates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order and delivery address.

Estimated Delivery

Delivery times shown at checkout are carrier estimates and begin after your order has been processed and handed to the carrier. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered fulfillment.

Lost, Delayed, or Marked-Delivered Packages

If your package appears delayed or is marked delivered but cannot be located, please first check with household members, neighbors, and the carrier. If you still need assistance, contact us and we’ll help determine the appropriate next step.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us promptly with your order number and photos of the packaging and item so we can review the issue.
