Why Jesus?
The shortest honest answer: we were met with a love we hadn’t earned.
This isn’t an argument. It’s an invitation. Read it slowly, or don’t read it at all — you are welcome here either way.

We were made for more than this
Most of us feel it — a quiet sense that something is off, in the world and in us. The Bible calls that honesty, not weakness. It is the beginning of the conversation, not the end of it.
Jesus stepped into it
Jesus was not a distant idea. He lived an ordinary life in an ordinary town, told the truth about God, and then gave His life so that the gap between us and God could be closed. Three days later He walked out of the grave.
The door is already open
You don't have to clean yourself up first. You don't have to have language for it. Faith often starts as a simple, unpolished sentence: God, if you're there, I'm listening.

Read a little
Start with the Gospel of John. It is short, plain, and about a person rather than a system.
